Get ready for a smooth and seamless experience from the moment you arrive in Charlotte. Below you’ll find everything you need to know—from travel and hotel details to what to pack and how to get around. Arrivals & Departures

Book flights through Concur in/out of Charlotte Duglas Airport (CLT) 

Any flight changes needed, please contact AMEX GBT at 646-817-9746

Upon arrival please call an Uber/Lyft to hotel/CoLab. 

Luggage storage will be available for you at CoLab.

Hotel

Hyatt Centric (rooms were booked on your behalf) 3100 Apex Dr, Charlotte, NC 28211

Official check-in time at the Hyatt Centric is 4pm. The hotel will try to accommodate early arrivals. 

Check out on Thursday, November 4th – please bring your luggage with you on the bus when departing for the meeting. Luggage storage will be available at CoLab on Thursday.

No need to rent a car. We have arranged a motorcoach to take us from the hotel to the CoLab each day. Please be prompt each morning for departure. 

Homework

  1. Bring 2-3 critical must-wins for FY26 that you are actively working
  2. Completed buyers grids for the above critical must-wins
  3. A completed Executive Brief for a deal 
  4. A strategy to win you’ve created for a deal 
  5. A past deal to discuss how you would have done things differently
